If a user's account on Boundary Hitters has money added to it, that money cannot be
returned to the user under any circumstances, but it can be used by the user to
participate in leagues or contests that are organized by Boundary Hitters.
A transaction that has been confirmed by Boundary Hitters cannot be reversed by persons
utilizing the services provided by the website. Any user may, however, cancel any
transaction and request a refund of the amount paid by the user at the sole and
absolute discretion of Boundary Hitters in the following circumstances:
If the User sends a written request to Boundary Hitters to cancel such payment
from the verified email address;
It is necessary for the cancellation request to be received at least (2) two
days prior to the beginning of the round for which the payment is made if the
payment is for participation in the paid version(s) of the Contests;
As was just indicated, Boundary Hitters retains the right to issue a refund of the
transaction amount to the user at its sole and complete discretion, even after
taking into account any applicable cancellation fees and applicable taxes. To
process a refund, it could take anywhere from (5-7) five to seven business
days. Users are advised to keep in mind the extra terms and conditions
that significantly govern the transaction when they are going through the process of
making a transaction.
Only the membership money will be repaid in the event of any unforeseen incident,
such as the cancellation of an event, technical faults, or force majeure; no claim
will be made on the winnings based on rank.
